This initial session is designed to allow you to experience what it's like to work with me at a reduced rate. My goal is to create value from the start. If during our session, we determine it makes sense to move forward with a coaching package, your initial $50 investment will be credited toward the program.

What you need to know is that coaches are not medical professionals, so unlike therapists we do not accept insurance. However, the cost is similar to what you'd pay for an out-of-pocket therapist or doctor.

In the following question, I ask about your readiness to invest in coaching. When answering, please remember that you will be paying out-of-pocket for your appointments (no insurance).

As coaching is a serious and long-term investment, please answer honestly. Note: Payment plans are available.
